Facebook Will Not Update | New 2019

Got this myself on my phone, and it just rejected to update. Right here's what worked for me.

Edit: this appears to be an issue that Facebook know. It's an issue with the Facebook application, and also not a generalised Play Store concern.

This is what benefited me a minimum of.

  1. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Shop, Clear data and Clear cache

  2. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Services > Manage space, Clear all data and Clear cache


It does not hurt if you reactivate your phone before you attempt updating facebook once more. As well as, the set up was SLOW. Just at least 4-5 mins. But, it did job. Otherwise try to uninstall it, or merely await a solution.
