Facebook Will Not Update | New 2019

Got this myself on my phone, and it just declined to update. Right here's what benefited me.

Edit: this appears to be a problem that Facebook recognize. It's an issue with the Facebook app, and also not a generalised Play Store problem.

This is what worked for me at the very least.

  1. Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store, Clear data as well as Clear cache

  2. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Solutions > Manage room, Clear all data and Clear cache


It does not hurt if you restart your phone prior to you try upgrading facebook once again. And also, the set up was SLOW. Just at least 4-5 mins. Yet, it did job. Otherwise attempt to uninstall it, or simply wait for a fix.
